I recently picked up a G3 266 and it is the model that appears to have come with a DVD, AV with built in 56k, Belkin USB,Rev C Rom and Apple ixMicro graphic card. I installed 9.1 and when I use the VGA port on the ixMicro card, the red does not show and end up with this washed out look. The monitor looks fine in the Mac port with the supplied adaptor. Mac OS 9.1 did install Apple - ix3d graphic accelerator, ix3d rave engine and ix 3d video manager. Not sure what the problem is? thanks
