Again, my thanks, Peter. I did misread. Apple Sys. Profiler (in OS 9) clear identifies this as an Ultra-Tek 66. The actual ROM chip has some indications on it. Apparently there was a sticker there, but it has been mostly ripped off, leaving it unreadable, but also leaving enough of its backing to hide the print on the chip - I'll remove it to see what it says.
