Dear Brian,
I'm using a QuickSilver G4, and I have 128/384 ADSL line from provider ... I have QTSS too, will it do the job? If so, how do make my Mac an audio streaming server? By the way, I remember reading an article in MacAddict regarding making a streaming server, but can't find it, anyone remember where is it? Thanks ... again ... :)
I just started fooling with QTSS myself. The built in help isn't too useful as it only tells you how to setup the server but not what to do with it when you have. Minor details like how to enter a URL into iTunes or QuickTime Player are not given. Nor does it much explain what certain things are.
Go to <http://www.apple.com/quicktime/products/qtss/>, on the right side part way down is "QTSS Admin Guide", an Administration Guide, download it and read, it will tell you how to use QTSS. It has answered my question, so far.
