How about a Power Force G3/800 MHz ZIF, sold by OWC for $199.00?

Yo

I'v tried to stay with my MT 333MHz but the 66 MHz bus
is a killer ...

The bus speed hump is somewhat evadable by two upgrades: a good video card like a Radeon 7000, and a faster ATA controller. A CPU upgrade doesn't hurt, either. My home system is a G3 DT with a G4/450, an ATA 133 card and a Radeon 7000 card. It's starting to show it's age, but it's very very usable.

That said, The way to go is to look for a faster system, I think. While a DA G4 is a good choice, I still thinmk the 'sweet spot' of the G4 line is still the G4 Sawtooth. You have AGP graphics, and a 100 mHz bus, but they're significantly cheaper than newer G4's and with an relatively inexpensive processor upgrade they're quite snappy. My work system is a Sawtooth upgraded to a G4/800...the CPU upgrade was $350 last year, they're cheaper now.
