This first thing I would do is to zap the PRAM and remove the PRAM battery.

Also, you might want to step the speed of the processor back down to 300MHz. I don't 
know how long 
you've had it this way, but if it's been running fine for months, doesn't mean that it 
isn't an issue. 
Changes in humidity and ambient temperature that didn't occur before could cause that 
'stable' 
overclock to suddenly become unstable.

If that fails, remove all drives and PCI cards (even the video card if applicable) and 
try booting. I even 
yank the RAM and boot. Listen for a startup chime and see if the machine stays 
running. If so, add a 
stick of RAM and try again. Then add a drive, and so on and so on.

I've revived more seemingly dead machines this way.

Also, I wouldn't rule out the possibility of a bad power supply.
