I know this sounds way too simple to work, but just humor me...

Try unplugging the powersupply connector from the motherboard and reseating it.
Although highly unlikely, it is possible that a few pins aren't making good
contact with the socket.

Are you using the on-board video, or do you have a video card installed? Also,
if you have another working machine, you might want to try swapping the power
supplies so you can rule that part out as the source of the problem.
