Since you have just fresh installed panther, I would reformat and initialize the drive. Then, install 9.2.1 on it and reinstall Panther. It will all go smoothly then. You will be prompted to allow Panther to update Classic when it boots up in Panther. You will also be given an option to update from 9.2.1 to 9.2.2 anytime in the future should you decide to.Panther will not do it for you, but will allow you to do it yourself after Panther has been installed should you decide not to do it before the installation of Panther.I just did it on a B&W 400 in this manner and it is running both perfectly.
