The minimum *retail* system version is 8.6, but the OEM system install disk for the B&W contains 8.5.1. It's lime green.

My impression was that the earlier model B&W's shipped with 8.5.1, but the 450 MHz model (which is the subject of this thread) shipped with (and requires) a minimum of version 8.6. I've found nothing contrary to that in Apple's kbase.
Do you have a specific ref that says the 450 MHz machine will run 8.5.1?
