I just got a beige G3 from a friend and the keyboard would not work. I
know the keyboard is good, as I had just used it to get some stuff from
an old 7300. I also tried another keyboard I have. I tried plugging it
into the ADB port in the back of the tower and in 2 ports on the
monitor. Any suggestions?

yuk. Hope the mb iface isn't burned out.

Zap the PRAM.

Long shot: Try booting from CD.

Try different ADB cables.

Try cleaning the ADB sockets.

Remember: ADB is NOT hot swappable. The Mac must be shut down before you plug or unplug an ADB device.
