Has anyone seen this screen degradation in their OSX Mail Client?

I am running OS10.3.5 on a new G5, viewing on a Sony 19" LCD but it happened on a Sony Trinitron CRT as well.

Some times it does and mostly it doesn't happen. No rhyme or reason I can detect. But when it happens it just keeps happening untill I shut everything off.

That looks almost certainly video hardware related. As its a new G5, it's still under warrantee, right? Take a copy of that screencap (and the mac) to a local service place (if you have one) and get 'em to fix it.
