The Apple Online Store? How do I "bitch" about a problem to an operator. For

I am confused. If you wanted a new Mac with a few upgrades from the factory
what would you do?
It's an easy decision for me with a new laptop BTO. I buy from the on line Apple Store.

Same here. I buy from the online store all the time. When it come to perifs and software, tho, I try to support the stores with a little Macintosh corner... :))
