The superdrive is just a Pioneer DVR-105 OEM drive (the Pioneer A05 is the
exact same drive but is the retail version that comes in a box with cd's and
instructions. Sometimes at twice the price.)
The I put the DVR-105 in my Quicksilver 867 and it works with no hacking
whatsoever. They are about $60-$70.
