also on some macs there's a fan grill on the power supply and on the case, the extra grill increase the noise from air turbulence considerably, you can remove the grill on the case and just use the one on the power supply (you want it to keep things out of the fan and to maintain the emi/rfi shielding). ------------------------------------ I would recommend cutting the fan grill off the power supply instead of the case it is not only more aesthetically pleasing but keeps any sharp edges behind the fan grill. -- G-List is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
