I can agree with that, but it's not OWC's fault. Also I can't really blame FedEx. They are running a business, not rerouting improperly addressed or misplaced property for which they are not being paid. Just my opinion, YMMV, etc. I just hate to see a good supplier blamed for someting beyond their control. We catch a lot of that at $work. People go off on a tangent and buy incompatible hardware without asking for specifications first and blaming us when it doesn't meet specifications. </rant>
