So what you are saying that any thing that comes to FedX without the 
proper shipping label is theirs to keep? I called FedEx and they knew 
nothing about it.

So, you got bad RAM, were issued an RMA and didn't ship it 
correctly.  Given that OWC gave you an RMA, what is your point?
