Trojan surprises.

Being mildly paranoid, I downloaded clamXav, which is a free virus  
scanning program for the Mac. Just for kicks I scanned my OS X volumes.  
I really didn't expect to find anything and was surprised to see this  
turn up.

3/iDVD.app/Contents/Resources/209_Sky.theme/Contents/Resources/ 
BackgroundMovie.PALmov: Trojan.URL.spoof.gen FOUND

I don't know if this is really anything to be concerned about or not,  
but I've isolated the file. Strange that it should be buried so deeply  
within an Apple program.

Does anyone know how that particular type of trojan operates. A quick  
search for it didn't turn up anything.
