Hi Jake,
Do you have another hard drive you can put the various parts on, and then launch the installation procedure from there?
It's worked for me in the past, using SCSI drives

i have a number of machines i'm need to re-install system 7.5.3 on. i've found and downloaded the 19 part floppy disk size files from http://www.info.apple.com/support/oldersoftwarelist.html
the thing is, is there a way to 'combine' these so:
1 - i don't have to buy 19 floppy's and copy the files to them!
2 - i can put the whole thing on a single installer cd and use that?
i did wonder if there was a complete 'cd-image' style version out there but as yet i haven't found it...
any suggestions would be grand,
