it ias 10.1 I try to install this on the machine it will not do so nor will it allow me to even attempt to install it.
Both the Hard Drive and CDrom are set to masters on two seperate Controller Cables. One for the Hard Drive one for the CDrom.
Also the drive is only a 4 gig drive that is partitioned in 2 2gig partitions.
My question is how come it will not install by trying to boot from the CDROM I push c as soon as the system is started it will by pass the
CDrom and go right to the Hard Drive 9.2.2
Why is this such a pain to get done? No one has give step by step directions for this all that has been listed is carbons of the page that says it
SHOULD boot from the CDrom which it is not. Now it will boot a System 7.5 8.0 and 9.2 CD just fine again not with OS X 10.1.
I have even reset the PC's PRAM with the command ctrl p r steps and again this did not help.
They system has 256 megs ram as well. I would like some help please as I am ready to through this unit in the trash.
Thanks
BP
