I updated flawlessly from 851-922 without problems. Of course, I�m obsessed
with diagnostics so I did one between each upgrade. As far as Firewire on a
Beige G3, you need at least a Rev 2 (B) ROM to support it and/or a Rev 3 (C)
to boot from it. You may also have to press the CUDA reset for about 15
seconds in order to do a MB hard reset for the new part.
