As far as being a noob, I have been at this 10 years or so but we can all still learn something from time-to-time. Like how to keep a straight face when an elderly lady comes into my store and gets upset when I try to sell her a computer to contact her grandson who is stationed overseas. After almost an hour of trying to help her using every trick I know, I finally asked her what the problem was. Her reply? �I�m an old person and I�m just not as durable as you�I�m just worried since I called my HMO and they told me my health insurance doesn�t cover Computer viruses.
