Revision 1 B&W motherboards do not support slave devices on the IDE bus.
Connect the hard drive to the 1st IDE channel, and make sure that the
jumper is set to master. If that doesn't work try a different cable.




I do not agree... I plugged in a OS X disc installed on my iMac,
the BW booted fione, but went wrong later on.

I guess when you put disc & cdrom on one cable as master/slave,
you'll only be able to boot from master (the disc), not the slave (cdrom).
