How do you do the suggested way to reset PRAM and enter Open Firmware and do
a "reset-nvram" command?

CUDA is the tiny reset button on the motherboard.

BTW, for New World machines, the suggested way to reset PRAM is to enter
Open Firmware and do a "reset-nvram" command.
