will work fine for ALMOST zero outlay. You will need to remove the jumper block on the motherboard and place individual jumpers to set the speed. See:

for how to set the jumpers. You should be able to overclock the 300 to 333 with no ill effects.

The almost zero outlay is for the jumpers. you can probably get them off the swap list for the just over the cost of shipping. I got some for free, just for asking, at my local pc shop.
