Install FreeBSD on the Windows machine.
The whole purpose is to replace the horrible ugly crappy (you get my point) Windoze PC and just have a Mac.
Thatnks for all your replies and I have learned something new, which is why I'm on this list in the first place! :o)
I believe I have an Epson Parallel-USB cable lying. I just know nothinbg about CUPS and GimpPrint, but I'll dig.
