After creating some DVD's for family members over the holidays, we have found that there's a pretty strong public interest around our area for similar custom DVD's. My wife is an amateur photographer and has fallen in love with using our mac to fill her creative needs :) So much so that I've been "approved" to purchase a mac mini without fear of spending a week in the dog house.

So does anyone have any experience in creating DVD's from original content and reselling it? We're basically looking at using our pictures to create slide shows, and possibly moving on to video. Would owning iDVD, iMovie, etc entitle me to use the iDVD themes in our content? Would a simple license from iTMS release me from any legal obligations if we transferred the license, original file, and music embedded in our video on the disc?

For example, if she takes pics of a wedding, purchases the background music on iTMS, and creates a DVD to sell to the newlyweds, will we go to jail?

Thanks in advance for any help!
