Yes, but,
It is a 1/2 height drive, 1.6" tall, not the 1" tall that the drive in your beige is, so check clearances. Do you have a desktop or minitower?
Drive setup may not recognize the drive, you may need a hacked version or a third party formatter to format it (If you need a hacked drive setup, let me know off list. I have one that I THINK will work on this drive.)
Note that this is a server class drive. That means you should get a very long life out of it, but it is probably louder than your current drives.
