Is "Open Office" actually Word, or does it just open the documents? I've been using Word much of the time every day since system 6, and can't imagine giving it up-- AppleWorks isn't remotely as good, in fact the couple of times I've tried it it's driven me goofy. Same goes for Photoshop, even if you only need a few of its gazillion capacities, losing those few is likewise unimaginable. As for Acrobat, I need it to *create* PDFs, not to read them.
