ok finally starting the move away from ms!! whoo hoo! So before I dive head first into a killer mac, I bought a b&w g3 power mac to get my feet wet. I bought it off ebay ($70) from a wholeseller and it supposedly came from an office so I figured the hd would be blanked out. When I turn it on I just get a kind of a warning beep but nothing goes on screen. I have access to os 9.1 (i think) and panther and have a bigger hd to put in. But with the screen being blank and its not seeming to reconize the mouse and keyboard, how do I move forward to reinstall? Was kinda hoping to put one of the os's on here to make sure the thing worked before putting a bigger hd in. Any help?
