You probably already know this, and if you have PC100 RAM, you have an option 
of an 83.3333MHz bus and 458.3333MHz.  So a 58MHz jump, definitely look for a 
fan.  Hell, ever see the fan heatsink combos they sell ($20) at radioshack?  
Most are too big but you MIGHT be able to fit their medium small one in there. 
 But Id certainly try 458 with a fan if I had faster RAM then PC66.
