One of my macs is playing up. It's a G3 running 8.6 and won't startup
from CD. When I try to start it from the startup disc it hangs during the
process, when I startup with extensions off, it boots but the mouse won't
work.
Does anybody know of a way to change the startup volume using only the
keyboard? I can navigate to the startup volume control panel but havn't been
able to find a way to change the volume to either; the other drive, or my
Norton CD, which presently sits in the drive waiting to rescue my machine!
