David -- This subject has been done to death, but there seem to be a
lot of folks who still have the problem, which seems to originate from
a combination of a *dialup connection* and *IE*: solution (if you're
using OS9.x) is to get iCab, which is a better browser in many
respects, and *does* let you into your PayPal account.
