Yep, when I found a listing for the Fastmac upgrade on Ebay I didn't say anything about Ebay when I asked about the company. As I recall, either the firmware upgrade was included in the box or a link was provided to download it. At any rate, the whole process was pretty painless and mine has been working great since I installed it almost a year ago now. I have mine running at 500 Mhz, but I'm told I could have went up to 550 with no problem. I would rather have a nice stable system so I stay at 500. The improvement from the original 400 Mhz G3 to the 500 Mhz G4 was quite noticeable.
