1. I'm not rich. In fact, the computers and the net are my ONLY "luxury." Other than them I'm at subsistence level. True, I bought the 7200/120 when it was new (times were better for me then), but my boyfriend snagged my G3/266 Beige for $15 off Fleabay, the Powerbook 5300c I bought for $30 from the Swap List, and while I got it for free, my old Powerbook 190 was another Fleabay purchase ($25). I just got the "new" monitor for my G3 last week -- for free because my boyfriend packratted it out of his local dump for me, and he had a couple extras lying around his house (same kind of sources, so they were free, too) which he also brought down and gave me as spares (he tested them, they work, and this new monitor is incredible!). 2.
