Totally. BBR has been around forever and is hands-down the best resource for cable/DSL subscribers. If you have DSL/cable and have never visited the site, please check it out. It is well worth a visit, even if you are perfectly happy with whatever service you have right now. I can't get anything out of my own local DSL provider (SBC, if you must know) without spending an absurd amount of time on the phone with those, um, people. It's just that it's easy to forget about such things as early termination fees, the time/effort involved in getting set up with a whole new provider, etc. I think the OP would give Qwest the heave-ho if he could do so easily.
