Short question is the subject, long explanation follows:
I have an old MacDraw II document that I want to open (I still have
MacDraw II along with Pro on my HDs. MacDraw II has a Feature (it is
not a bug, it is a feature) where if you have it on a drive or
partition greater than 1G, iirc, it will report that that there is not
enough space to open a new document. MacDraw Pro will not open the
document (lost a translator somewhere along the upgrade path from Plus
to IIsi to 6100 to a beige G4 533 running 10.2.8).

Hmmm. Can't you boot under OS 9, put the file on a floppy and access
the file?
Ken
It is the application that is on a partition larger than 1G. I probably
could put the app on a floppy and boot into 9, but my beige has always
been a little flakey anytime I try and go back to X after booting in 9
and I don't like all the hoops I wind up jumping through to get back
into X
I have another Mac at work running 9, I may try this tomorrow.
Thanks,
len
