Please, what do you mean with "the lower Doc(k?)" ?? I assume there must be
"a higher Dock" also? And is there something like "a middle Dock"?
Sorry, but I never heard of this/these terms so my question is seriously
meant.

He must mean the part of the Dock after the divider as this is the only
place on the Dock you can put a folder or document.
