On a PC I've gotten my x800Pro up to 533 (from stock 450). Some card are going to OC more than others. You could try some RAM-sinks but they may not do much good. Adequate air flow usually helps more. In my experience anyway. I recommend turning it up 10MHz a a time, run your test and look for artifacts. Little blips in the screnn, lines, tares, etc.
