Is PayPal safe to use? Any experience? And what about Kagi?
I have used PayPal occasionally for several years with no problems, mainly for eBay payments. On the other hand I have heard some horror stories. If the transaction involves intangible goods both buyer and seller are vulnerable to fraud, and PayPal will do nothing at all to help. Goods such as "digital objects" in an online game should never be sold or bought with PayPal unless you know you can trust the person you are dealing with.
