OK so I will probably be getting a Microsoft keyboard or using
a PS2
keyboard. Obviously there is no command key. So I couldnt say,
boot into single
user mode by holding command-s at startup. So Im wondering if this
Microsoft
keyboard would be a permanent solution. Is there a way to get all the
important functionality of a Mac keyboard with a PC keyboard?
The command key on the Mac maps to the Windows key on the PC
keyboard. All the keys are there it's just that the command/option
combo is swapped around. So you hold down the Windows key-s to get
into Single-user mode.
Here's a MacWorld article on the subject <http://tinyurl.com/cofpz>
