I have a folder in my trash that I can't seem to get rid of.
This folder is full of nested folders.
If it makes any difference, the folder is titled "lLVI82z2j8AfYG".
Every time I try to empty the trash, I get a message that I 'don't have enough
privileges'.
I've used a couple of utilities like "Pathfinder" and "Main Menu" to force
empty the trash, but nothing seems to work.
Repairing permissions has no effect either.
I've tried using "rmdir" in the terminal as well, but I can't seem to get that
to work either.

Any good suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Open your trash folder and highlight the folder "lLVI82z2j8AfYG" and then use "Get Info" to find out who owns this folder. What your looking for is under Ownership & Permissions. Toggle the Details tab and if you are the owner and don't have Read & Write Access you can change your permissions.

Or if you can find the folder with a "Terminal Window" you can do a chown to 777 which will all you all privileges.
