Dan!

I saw the posting as a plea for information as to "How, and/or Why" this was occurring.
Not just a question as to what the code was..

The only thing I can come up with is that the original 'send' included both the ASCII, and "Rich Text" (HTML ??) versions, and somehow the ASCII part has gotten lost.

I have noticed this happening before... today a message I received yesterday has turned to crud.

Snip:
<x-html><!x-stuff-for-pete base="" src="" id="0" charset="big5"><DIV>

         SNIP

BORDER-COLLAPSE: collapse; mso-padding-alt: 0cm 1.4pt 0cm 1.4pt" cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=0 width=403 border=0>
<TBODY>

...I assume that the message has been turned to code.

When I received the message it was fine.

What is happening here?

It's badly written HTML, so Eudora isn't displaying it properly.

Try updating to Eudora 6.1.1.

Read the email in a real browser.
