Dunno. The last four Macs that I have worked on the wouldn't power on were due to a dead PRAM battery. I'm talking about the physical battery on the MoBo, not resetting the PRAM, to clarify my earlier statement. Maybe it's just me, but I've yet to encounter a failed power supply in a Mac, which is not to imply that it couldn't happen, of course. As always, YMMV.
