CarbonLib is an extension. 1.6 update is on Apple site. Should also show up if you run software update booted in OS9. The problem is you can't use Stuffit 7 to open anything so you need to drop back to Stuffit 5 or 6 til you do the CarbonLib 1.6 update. 3. iirc a restart with the mouse held down will open the tray.
