You can always open a CD drawer of floppy drawer with a large
straightened paper clip. Push gently into the little hole on the unit
itself, and the media will eject. The computer doesn't even have to be
turned on.

Then I followed your link and downloaded "eject key" from the Griffin
site, but when I tried to open it with Stuffit in OS-9 (Stuffit 7) I
got the message "Expander requires CarbonLib 1.6.0 or later." I don't
know what a CarbonLib is, so that's out.
CarbonLib is needed to run Carbon-based apps in non-X systems. It can
be downloaded from:
