Anyone have any experiences to share concerning this printer? I've always wanted a color laser but they have been too expensive. I see this one on sale for about $300 now. Plus I'm concerned about the quality versus an ink jet model. TIA

No direct experience with this printer, but here is what all the reviews of color seem to agree on.

For business graphics, a low end color laser ($300) will be better than a low end inkjet ($100). For photos, a laser does not even come close to a photo inkjet.

Where the Laser really shines on the low end is in the cost of consumables. IIRC, inkjets tend to be in the 8¢ per page range, while lasers are closer to 2¢ per page. Also, the 2600n has built in ethernet, so more than one computer can print to it over the network.

For long term durability though, don't even come close to the rated monthly duty cycle.
