Command-Tab brings up the running applications very conveniently.
Hold down the Command key and you can Tab (or Arrow) through all the
open aps to the one you want. IIRC, this only works on Panther and
beyond.

Al Poulin is right! I should read a good book! But I must say it is
more fun and easier to remember when some of you guys put up useful
tips like this. A beauty this one!
