Shipping cost would kill me. The service I use charges 50 buck minimum, up

Not really.
Couldn't find the Spanish layout keyboard at Apple's US web site, but at
the Norwegian one all the national layout keyboard are listed. They all
cost the same, no matter which layout
Will check, but in the past they were unavailable.
