Anyway, use some thermal grease on the processor for starters.  If that 
doesn't get the job done, install a fan on the heatsink.  If that 
doesn't work, well, you probably dont want to hear what I have to say next

As a side note, if you have PC133 RAM, I believe it is possible to run 
the bus at 120MHz in these machines.  That would allow a processor speed 
of 480MHz.
