I searched fruitlessly in Allegro's biography (Judith Anne Brown, John Marco Allegro, Eerdman's 2005) for a mention of Strugnell's prostitute.  Strugnell wasn't apparently a fan of scanty clothing judging from the quote from Allegro's description of him in a letter to his wife:

"a long-haired, unshaven, roll-collar-pullocver and flowing BA gown type"
