Yes. Reporting Safari bugs is super easy. It's the 2nd item under the  
Safari menu, "Report Bugs to Apple...". Click that when you're on the  
offending webpage and it automatically copies the webpage URL and  
under the "Options" you can specify the exact problem, along with a  
written description. As Dan says, my experience is that pages I report  
tend to be fixed quickly. Webkit Safari is still the only browser to  
pass the ACID3 test, so to my mind there is no better browser  
available EXCEPT for the lack of plugin support in Safari. When  
plugins are added into the equation, Firefox 3 is at least equal to  
Safari for me. I tend to use both all the time. Shiira is a nice  
webkit based alternative to Safari, but I don't see any compelling  
reasons for using Shiira over Safari or Firefox.
